    Matt and team came in with 10 weeks to go and planned all aspects of the venue areas, including the National Indoor Arena Birmingham (athlete services areas), Broad Street (start and finish areas).
    2Can did all venue CAD drawings, liaised with all suppliers, managed all contractor safety documentation and put together the production schedule.
    On the ground, a team of 3 looked after the build, live event and breakdown.
